Our products
HighV products are complementary pet supplements intended to support the normal health and wellbeing of pets when used as directed. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the feeding directions before use, and speak to your vet first if your pet is unwell, pregnant, taking medication or due to undergo surgery.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Changing your mind
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. HighV extends this to 30 days. Items must be unopened with the seal intact. For health protection reasons we cannot accept opened supplements back unless they are faulty. Return postage on change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
If something is wrong
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right. We pay the return postage in those cases. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you keep the consumer protections that apply where you live.
