30-Day Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they remain in their original condition and are suitable for resale.
Return Conditions
Products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging wherever possible. Please include your order number when contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
What happens next?
Once we've reviewed the information we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, simply place a new order once your return has been processed.
