Our lab has been on these 3 days because she just would not eat her food. Within 3 days she was back to her normal self (well 90%). Hope it lasts but thank you anyway highv.
Brilliant product. The guy on the phone was so helpful and recommended we try these. I would say they took less than 3 days to see a big difference.
These really helped our little Shih Tzu with her upset tummy. We never worked out what was causing it and changing her feed didn't really help much. Someone recommended these and they seem to be helping. So far so good.
Great little treats. One a day seems enough. I started on 2 but now 1 seems enough. That means a jar lasts me 2 months so even the price is good.
A friend told us about this company and how these chews had helped her dog get over anxiety in the car. We decided to give them a try for our spaniel who has been bad with her food recently. After less than a week she stopped with the runny pooh. She seems a lot better already. Just ordered the 8 in 1 vitamin ones too as she is getting on a bit. Can't hurt. Thanks for the free gift too.
Excellent little product. Settled our pups stomach problems within 48 hrs. We’d tried some cheaper ones from eBay and they made her worse. Just shows you, buy cheap, buy twice. Just ordered some more. Thanks for the freebies too.
At last, a product that actually seems to work. The wrong treats were sent originally but the replacement ones came next day and we were allowed to keep the other ones. That's the sign of a genuine none-greedy company. Plus they seem to be working brilliantly. 10/10 from the McFaddens.
100% helped our baby with keeping her food down. She seems to sleep a lot better too. Much more settled. I’ll be back for more when these run out.
Saw these online and decided to give them a try. The company was just down the road from us. They arrived next day along with a lovely free welcome gift. Our toy Poodle has a very delicate digestive system but after a few days, she really seemed more herself. We got these and some calming ones to try and settle her and fingers crossed, they seem to be working so thank you highv.
Probiotic chews for dogs with 1 billion CFU of Enterococcus faecium and chicory inulin prebiotic, in a liver-flavoured soft chew dogs actually eat.
Soft chews formulated to help enrich and balance your dog’s intestinal bacterial flora.
Daily support for digestive balance, nutrient absorption and everyday gut comfort.
Enterococcus faecium alongside chicory inulin — the prebiotic fibre that feeds the bacteria you are adding.
Suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes needing digestive support or sensitive stomach relief.
Probiotics are live beneficial bacteria fed in a measured dose to support the population already living in your dog’s gut. A healthy canine digestive tract contains billions of them, and that balance shifts with diet changes, illness, antibiotics, stress and age.
Prebiotics are different and often confused with them. A prebiotic is a fibre the beneficial bacteria feed on — it is food for the population rather than an addition to it. Chicory inulin is one of the best established, which is why it sits alongside the probiotic in these chews rather than instead of it.
Because probiotic bacteria do not permanently colonise the gut, they work best fed consistently rather than for a few days when something has already gone wrong.
HighV probiotic chews are formulated to support your dog’s gut microbiome with a combination of live probiotic bacteria and prebiotic fibre in one daily soft chew.
Each liver-flavoured chew delivers a stated 1 billion CFU of Enterococcus faecium with 100mg of chicory inulin. The quantity of every active is printed openly, so you can see exactly what your dog is getting rather than trusting a blend name.

After a course of antibiotics. Antibiotics do not distinguish between harmful and beneficial bacteria. Support during and after the course is one of the most common reasons vets suggest probiotics at all.
Changing food. Switch over ten days rather than overnight, and daily probiotic support through the changeover helps the gut adjust.
Stress and disruption. Boarding, travel, house moves, fireworks. Stress affects digestion directly, which is why loose stools so often follow a kennel stay.
Sensitive stomachs. Dogs whose digestion has always been temperamental usually do better on steady daily support than on intervention after the event.
Older dogs. Digestive efficiency and microbiome diversity both decline with age.
Everyday maintenance. For most dogs this is simply part of the daily routine rather than something reserved for problems.
A stated CFU count. Colony forming units are the measure of how many live bacteria you are actually feeding. A product that does not state its CFU per chew is not telling you the dose.
A named strain. "Probiotics" on a label means very little. Enterococcus faecium is among the most widely used and best documented strains in dogs.
A prebiotic alongside it. Adding bacteria without feeding them is half a job.
Made for dogs. Canine and human gut flora differ, and dog-specific strains are the sensible starting point.
A format your dog will take. The best formulated supplement in the world does nothing from inside a cupboard, which is why palatability matters more than most buyers expect.

Do dogs actually need probiotics?
A healthy dog on a good diet with settled digestion may not need one. They are most useful for dogs with sensitive stomachs, dogs recovering from antibiotics or illness, dogs going through diet or routine changes, and older dogs whose digestion has become less reliable.
What are the signs a dog needs probiotics?
Inconsistent or loose stools, excessive wind, audible gurgling, occasional vomiting, a dull coat, or a dog whose digestion reacts to every small change. Persistent symptoms warrant a vet appointment first, since probiotics support digestion rather than treat disease.
What do vets say about probiotics for dogs?
Veterinary use is well established for acute digestive upset, antibiotic-associated disturbance and stress-related colitis, with a reasonable body of evidence behind specific strains. Most vets would say the same thing about supplements generally: useful support, not a substitute for diagnosis where something is genuinely wrong.
Should you give your dog a probiotic daily?
Yes, if you are using one. Probiotic bacteria do not take up permanent residence in the gut, so the population needs topping up. Feeding sporadically when problems appear is far less effective than feeding consistently.
How long do probiotics take to work in dogs?
Stool consistency often improves within a few days to a fortnight. For general gut health support, allow four weeks of consistent daily feeding before judging.
Can I give my dog human probiotics?
The strains differ between species and dog-specific products are the sensible choice. Speak to your vet before giving anything formulated for people.
